 Religious symbols and ‘all’italiana’ in the recent jurisprudence of legitimacy
 ABSTRACT: With judgment no. 24414/2021, United Sections Court Cassation identified as a possible solution to issue religious public school classrooms. The application instrument (traditionally used protect freedom religion belief workplace) case at hand is undoubtedly characterized by original features that this paper aims analyze. After having reconstructed model proposed Court, article tries verify whether use can be effective applicable, from technical-legal point view, even public-school context, which involves principles endowed with axiological primacy, such ‘laicità’.
